Director's Thoughts
I remember the first time I I held a baby turtle. I can remember the pulse of life--its' tiny heart beating in the palm of my hand and that precise moment , hanging there--frozen in time, where I felt a deep peace and union with this tiny being. And for just a glimpse---I forgot about my self, my body, my seeming "separateness" and solidness of myself and instead I felt a wholenss--a oneness.
I think at that precise moment I knew that beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are all linterconnected and this discovery brought and continues to bring me a deep joy.
