Baby Turtles
Here are baby turtles being transported from hatchery on trays to the beach. Baby turtles are taken from the tray and placed on the sand at least 30 feet from the water's edge so that they can imprint on the beach. This allows them to imprint on the sand, which will lead them back to the same beach when they mature and lay eggs.
